Autumn has finally reached us with her cool touch crisp morning air and dwindling sun. We now wake up to a beautiful Autumn sun streaming in through the windows warming us as we slumber. Autumn is the time we say farewell to the abundance and prosperity of Summer and welcome in the colder months of Autumn counting down the days until the cold grips of Winter reach us and we say farewell to our beautiful Goddess as she travels to the underworld.

At a time when the days are shorter and the darkness of night creeps in our moods can often be glum as we endure another harsh Winter which is why Ravenstonz will be launching their first competition, to bring a little bit of sunshine back into our lives and who knows, if your magickal juices are flowing it may well go to you.
Autumn is a particularly favourite time of mine as I love the variety of colours that the goddess wears at this time. I find the beauty of the tress breathtaking as they change from soft green to intense copper and bronze shades, their leaves often looking like gold leaf drifting from their branches. I find the coolness of the air not only invigorating but inspiring as it seems to revive me out of my Summer slumber in time for the busy Winter season.
I have a feeling deep down inside that this Autumn might bring much needed happiness and abundance for us all.
