Hi, I have been reading S & D for about a year and really enjoy it, I have run, with my daughter and best friend, our local Spiritualist Church and Healing Centre for about six years now and it's so nice to welcome old friends and new every time we open our doors. I also run meditation and development circles monthly. My name is Chrissy and I am 61.

I was compelled to write a letter for a suggestion on the features page.My little Angel nudged me off the sofa to do it.Well one thing led to another and before I knew it,Ive registered online and one things led to another.Spirit and Destiny has been a long time coming and years ago I used to search for mags with similar content.I have beleived in Angels for too many years to mention,I work everyday in some way with them.They have given me comfort and guidance and I sure have needed some.I am not giving my age its not important.Who am I kidding!peace and light,look forward to some chat.

I am also new online,I have just joined. I have been interested in spiritual matters for a long time and have been reading S+D for a while. I would like to learn more about working with the Angels. I have been told in the past that I am a healer and would like to channel that energy but not sure in what direction!
It is lovely to read a magazine that speaks to like minded people.

Hello, Just become a new member,i am a 49 yr old cancerian very sensitive,loyal,kind but can be a little moody at times so true to form.I have been spiritualy aware since i was a child but never practised in any way although i am surrounded by my crystals,angels and no i have been watched over since i can remember,i have always had great faith and this has helped me through periods of unhappiness and trauma in my life.I love nature and feel content surrounded by animals,near water and been in the countryside.I work as a depression and stress consultant and just setting retail side up to my business selling unique lifestyle and personal products to women only.I have 3 grown up children and also 2 grandchildren.I will leave off for now but hope to chat again soon.

Why not call into the General Discussions Forum, as that's where most people chat?  There are loads of interesting threads - just jump in and get to know everyone.  There are some really lovely people on this site.

Hi I have just joined and havn't a clue as have never been on a forum before. I am looking forward to chatting with like minded people as I continue on my spiritual journey.

I have had my Tarot cards and some crystals since I was 14yrs old and by the time I was 20 or so felt really comfortable with my understanding of the crystals and being able to read my Tarot however as I've gone through life with some real challenging experiences both positive and negative, it is like I have lost a sence of understanding, a connection say. I often wounder if it's because my energy has been focussing on turning my life around to such an exstent that I have given little time to my spritual self. 

Now I am in a better place in life, I have started reading books again, soul searching and just taking time out to look and enjoying the illustartions of my tarot "Sacred Circle". Does anyone else go through theses little peeks and troffs of their spritual learning?

I would really appreciate it if someone took the time to let me know that I'm not the only one it doesn't always come easy to!

Why not pop over to the general discussions thread as that is where we all hang out (so to speak!).

In answer to your question: I think we all go through peaks and trofs as that is a part of life and of course because we have free-will we do sometimes choose to be unhappy for a while. So all in all I think it is a natura part of life!

Now you have joined the forum, you will find loads of like minded peope who are only to happy to help lift each others spirits and you will make really good friends here!

Hi everyone!

I was so happy to find Spirit and Destiny magazine while visiting my parents in Northern Ireland earlier in the year (I live in continental Europe).

Started persusing the forum and it's great! Very inspiriing! Thank you to all who contribute!

I am a single mum to a teenage lad and 54 years old. I have been into healing and spiritual stuff for years and have done many different paths. Healing circle, Bach Remedies practitioner, I have Reiki 1 and just did a Magnified Healing course. In March I did an Angel weekend (had been looking for one for ages!) and have done crystal workshops too.

Also interested in Law of Attraction and just been discovering Cosmic Ordering.

Went to Waterstone's in my town and couldn't find Spirit and Destiny, so asked them to stock it, please! ;-)

So hopefully I can get it each month in future.

Oh yes! Obviously not a "coincidence" when I found my first S&D magazine, cos it was the one with Doreen Virtue's Angel Chart in it, and had been working with her books on Angels!! I have the chart on the wall in my bedroom.
