Wow, what a fabulous site. Just so people know who I am, I will be appearing on the site as lunarlady, not by my own boring name as I do on here!. I thought bumping was something you got on your birthday, or does that just show my age?!

Lovely to see you back on S & D. Sorry to hear you've not been well, but losing 9lbs must feel great. I'm hoping the 'redundancy diet' will do the same for me. Thanks for bumping this up the list girls. I do lots of bumping these days, only trouble is it's mainly into furniture or people!

Really pleased you like my forum. Also pleased several members have posted into the Reiki section. It would be great if everyone would post somes Reiki tips and Reiki experiences. I'm not a Reiki practitioner, though I really enjoy having it, and I also don't use herbs either(except I grow Lavender, Rosemary and other herbs because I love the smell of them in my garden. So can't really contribute very much about Reiki or Herbs, so I'd really appreciate anything anybody would like to contribute to those areas. Hope you having a great Easter.

For anyone who might like help meditating. Just wanted to let you know I've now added a link to some free online guided meditation techniques (one's a Weight Loss Visualisation Technique, so I'm definitely going to try that one!). I've also added other areas to the forum too, including one which might be of interest to Pagan or Wiccan S & D members, and another for those who loves NI's.

Big thank you to Miss Melanie and Jan for posting Herbal info to help Cherry and my daughter cope with hayfever symptoms.

you are all so good at being so positive and make it impossible not to keep looking at things - I'm high on life since joining ...i have refused for years to sign up to sites (only bit of rebel in me) Refuse to even get on face book...struggle to keep up-to-date with work emails and my own VLE as it is! You've already got me hooked on this one!!!!
I will have a look at Pat's tho - finding it hard to resist with all your comments!

Look forward to seeing you on Spiritual Quest. The forum is a labour of love brought about through S & D members. It now often feels like it's taken on a life-force of its own (LOL) and I'm really pleased it's proving so popular. It's wonderful having the support and friendship of so many wonderful people. Joining S & D forum, shortly after it first began last year, has definitely proved to be one of the best decisions, I've made so many new friendships which have really blessed my life. Oh dear - 'jargon' is not good is it! Sorry Lyn it is a Virtual Learning Environment - talk, chat, upload docs/pics/websites/general information sharing - to develop learning. My apologies! I am not exactly an IT whizz either far from it. On one all the time and just pick up the lingo from colleagues! anyway - tell the kids you are on a VLE!! :)

Pat - I give in! I will spend some time this weekend (if i can wait until then) I KNOW it will be fantastic and already want to know what/more about Egyptian Osiris Boards....and discover the delights of everything else on there. I will think of a different user name...see if you can spot me?! :)

Honest Lyn, if i can you can too. THIS IS A - sort of - VLE....just not providing as many opportunities as most (only able to do chat, upload pics, have different 'software' that runs on it... oh now this is sounding complicated?!?!?!?

Well... face book is a VLE and i am sure you mentioned you use that?! It is Virtual (electronic) area/space (environment) that provides a chance to learn things new)...like a website! I bet Val's is a VLE...YOURE using one - see you didn't even realise (it's that simple and you are doing it...just like LoA!!!!)

Tell the kids you are more cool than then can imagine! :)

Jo - when you click the reply button they will appear! Or if you type a reply and then press the preview comment button and then insert the spaces and smileys. See - I know something!!! And yes, I am a BIG fan of facebook. Just don;t know the techincal terms for it all!!! Lyn xx

OK, have now eaten a whole bar of galaxy, so will round it off with fruit salad, that way it cancels the chocolate out and I dont pick up weight - brilliant logic!!!!!

Really glad you like the new SQ postings. I'm at my daughter's house just now. Had to sleep over as they discovered an external gas leak just outside their back door and had to call in gas board. They dug up part of the back garden and left at 2am this morning, then came back at 9am. They've fixed the leak outside and someone's coming to fit a new internal gas meter this afternoon and they'll check boiler and fire before turning gas back on. Really pleased it's not middle of winter or it would be cold without any heating or hot water. It's just a good job the leak was outside and not inside. Hope you get your grandson off to sleep soon.
