Thanks ladies. The closing date is today and they are shortlisting today so I'm waiting for a phone call :)

They need me in that school :) They have to call as the lesson observation is on Tuesday and the interview Friday, so not much time to send letters.

Thank you all so much for the positive vibes-just had the call that I have got through to the lesson observation. I am going to be teaching in the Foundation stage fot it and I think that the lesson will be either an hour or half an hour!!!!

OMG! Just got the email with all of the details. The lesson that I have to teach is only half an hour! I have to get in an introduction, child led actoivty, one that is adult focussed, then a conclusion!!! In half an hour! How is that possible!

Okay I'm possibly freaking out a little but OMG! I know I can do it but now I have to find ideas. :/

I'd suggest doing something you already feel quite comfortable with - and have some rescue remedy if you get nervous!  It's always a bit more scary being observed, so they'll expect you to be a bit nervous, don't worry!  Feel free to chat through your ideas on here if that will help you.
