Reiki Requests

Hi Debs. I'm Lee from Barnsley, South Yorkshire. Feel tired a lot of the time, even if had a lot of sleep. However, I never sleep through the night, usually waking about 3ish for a couple of hours. Thanks for the offer of distnace reiki, interested to know how this will work. Blessings, Lee :)

I'm in Leeds, and would be so grateful if you lovely people could help me to sleep better.  It takes me ages to get to sleep, and then I tend to wake up again during the night and early morning.  Any help to get to sleep earlier would be great!  Lack of sleep is one of the main things that causes me problems with my ME.

Dear friends - I would be very grateful for some healing to be sent to my husband, Christos, on Friday 6th November 2009: he's going for his latest internal check up at hospital (he was diagnosed with cancer 2 years ago) - the checkup is very intrusive and painful (he needs 3-4 days rest afterwards, which is when I go into Florence Nightingale mode) - please send him healing for an all-clear result and absolute nominal discomfort during his recuperation. The hospital is in Surrey but we live in West Sussex.Thank you and bless you xxx

Like Lee I have great trouble sleeping. At the moment I am getting about 4-5 hours of broken sleep a night. Last night for example finally got off to sleep sometime after 3am then woke just after 7am. Tried deperately to get back to sleep but no luck. Would love some distane reiki if it can help, as I am and look tierd, my skin is just shocking and never mind bags under my eyes I have suitcases, ha ha. Thank you for this offer. Hi one and all.

In the last two week my life has turned upside down. My Mam has been told that her cancer has returned and is now in her lung, she is waiting to get a date to restart treatment. During the week I was told that the organisation I work for has to relocate. This will add an additional three hurndred miles each week I work and will cost me an additional hundred euro in petrol and toll charges. My Mam is very positive and as she says herself she will live with cancer rather than die with it. I am always the optomist and try not to worry about things I have no control over but just now I would love some additional help and support through healing. The best outcome would obviously be that Mam's treatment is successful and on the work front that I can get a transfer nearer to my home which would fulfill me the way my current job does. I think I need healing to keep strong and to remain optomistic.

Could i please add my mum Norma she lives in Halesowen and has just had it confirmed that her cancer has come back but on a positive note she is not worried she believes in Reiki and positive thinking to get her through thankyou everyone x x

Please could I have some distance healing for my Mum. She suffers with Lupus and other immun disorders and although for years she has been very lucky and has not shown the common problems she is now starting to feel the effects of this disorder. Thank you Ang x

Hi there,

As you will see, this is my first post and as Reiki is something I am both interested and believe in, it seemed appropriate.

In just about two weeks, I have to go to hospital to have a colposcopy and to say I am worried about it all is probably an understatement. I really hope they don't find anything really wrong with my cervix as I'm hoping to try for a baby soon and I don't want this to get in the way.

Could I possibly request some distance healing anytime between now and the 14th December (this is my appointment date) I am currently living in Tharston, near Long Stratton in Norfolk

This is a minor problem but something I can not get rid of. I have been a bit low and run down recently and my skin has broken out, Once I think I have got rid of it, there it is again and not just little ones either. Could I please ask all you lovely S & D Reiki practitioners if you could please send some healing to Mick. Mick dropped a large double-glazed window pane and the glass cut through an artery in his leg. He's had 7 operations so far, but they still haven't been able to close up his wound fully. He's due to have another op very shortly, if they can't close his wound, Mick might end up losing his leg.

hi, i am a reiki healer myself but don't seem able to help myself at the moment and would love to have some distance healing. i have lupus which is usually well controlled but has gone haywire since i got to pars fractures to my lower back, which physio is helping me deal with whilst i wait to find out if surgery is the answer, i also had cellulitis last week. i feeling very 'why me', i'm a positive thinker and can't get my head round why i'm being tested so. i'm in pain, sleepy, and doubting loved ones, although i have nothing to base this on. help. i am in Doncaster, south yorks

Hi, im new to the forum yesterday. I suffer a lot with back pain due to a curvature of the spine. This time the aches are being stubborn and all i have tried has not completely worked. I am Amy - joined the forum a few days ago. I am a reiki healer and I use reiki a lot for meditating whenever I have time. I got attuned in person by two different masters for 1st and 2nd level USUI reiki. By surfing the internet I found Reiki DVD attunement by Steve Murray (Bought them on Amazon's marketplace-much cheaper than that of Steve Murray's website) They are really good and I take the attunement quite often - as I don't have a gifted life myself. I feel very relieved and also feel like a reinforcement in my reiki healing. Have a look on Amazon.co.uk website and you could start by trying the level 1.

I would love some distance Reiki, as I have "positional vertigo" which I have been struggling to conquer for 4 years.  Still can't lie on my right side in bed, as it makes me horribly dizzy, which is frightening.  To make matters worse, I live alone.  Any form of stress can bring on an attack and I just feel so pathetic - a completely different person from who I was before this all started.  It's all about the position of my head, which affects so many activities, when you think about it (e.g. going to the hairdresser, doing exercise classes, picking things up off the floor, looking under a car etc etc!)

 my name is florence and i live in middlesbrough, uk. For the past few days i keep waking up in the morning with stomach aches. Also, i did a chakra test and found out that my sacral and root chakra were under-active, so i wud like to request healing for this as well. thnx and for  healing in general as well.

I  had meningitus mid Dec, my dad sadly passed over on boxing day at a young age and i am due to move in a months time. I have really taken stock of my life and made many much needed changes, but it all feels so new, so am trying to slow things down!

It's tough losing your parents - no matter what age, and then to have everything else on top - you've had a rough old time.  We lost my hubby's mother on Boxing Day too.

Hi Everyone,

I'm a spiritual healer and I spend about 8 hours a week doing healing for people that ask me for help, my Mum was diagnosed with lung cancer fifteen months ago and the diagnosis was terminal, the specialist told us that Mum would go down hill after Christmas 2009.  I began healing on her straight away using visualisation and meditation and continued to do this every week. When Mum's second scan was due in May 2009 the specialist couldn't explain or understand but the tumour had appeared to have shrunk to the size of a 10p piece...I'm delighted to say Mum is still going strong and has had no other treatment. I'm a great believer in having a positive mind and I truly believe this can make a big difference. 

To all of those that are going through difficult times I would say always always stay strong and positive and visualise the person being healthy and well. Meanwhile if anyone would like me to send out healing for them please let me know...

Im feeling more positive after reading your post above.  My mam has a rare aggressive cancer and is in the middle of treatment at the moment.  She has a scan coming up in the next week or so.  Obviously it would be great if there was a reduction in the size of the tumour but failing that we will be happy for no increase.

Can I add her name' Anne' to healing for this week.

I'm going to try positive visulisation for my eye problem. Any healing you can send too would be greatly appreciated, although I realise my problem is not in the same category as your Mum's cancer.

Hi Lynda, another Lynda here - how common are we?!  Your post has made me think I should also try visualisation for my eyes.  Mine are just suffering from needing glasses but it not being on my first list of priorities at the moment.  I've heard that eye exercises work really well so I'm going to look into that in the meantime.  Good luck with yours.  Lynda.

I've read many books on this subject and found the evidence of the research amazing. I forgot to add in my previous blog that I recently saw a psychic for a reading, and without mentioning my Mum or what I do...she told me I was a healer and she said she saw a laser beam and did I understand that? well of course that made perfect sense as that was part of the visualisation that I use in healing where there's illness involved combined with sending out positive thoughts...

I am Sarah from north yorkshire n am feeling fed up due to an impending housemove n the associated hassle of having to uproot, I am stressed n struggling with life at the moment, got a lot on my plate n i normally feel really positive n happy n its not like me to feel this way. My cousins little boy is four and was diagnosed as haivng autism.  Since Christmas his condition has deteriorated to such an extent that he has just completed a week of extensive tests.  All they know at the moment is that he is loosing his sight at an alarming rate and they will have to wait for six week for the results of the other tests.  Doctors here are unable to make a diagnosis so this test results are being sent world wide for a definative diagnosis.  Please send healing to him and to his parents.
