A spell to get an ideal tenant

Hi
I've just put an advert up on rooms to rent in cardiff and I was wondering if any one has an idea of a spell that I can do to get the right tenant for my spare room?
Any ideas would be appreciated.

think of it as the same way you would cosmically order a love interest, so write down all the qualities of this ideal tenant you want then put a date on it. Make sure you put some ads locally.
