spirit guides
just wanted to ask how do you get in contact with your spirit guides, have been trying , but not sure if i am doing it properly. any help appreciated.
Hi Hyskier - I read a book called 'be your own psychic' by sherron Mayes when my interest in such matters began to re-appear -- she gives some useful info on how to contact your spirit guides -- could you go to your local library and borrow a book?
doreen virue is supposed to be quite good, too.
you could also try a book by Sonia Choquette called 'meet your guides' (i think!) they should all be available at the local library -- or try ebay/amazon for cheap copies if you prefer to own.
I have very sporadic contact with my guides, and i don't quite trust myself enough to know that i'm not just 'making it up', so i don't think i would be the best person to give advice on how i do it --- i have been trying to find a 'spiritual development' course to help me, i'm sure the right one is out there waiting for me to enrol (she says using positivity - LoA LOL) perhaps you could join one in your area?
hopefully someone will be able to post some fab info that could help us both!!

Hi Hyskier, wow, this seems like a biggie! Have you tried getting in touch with your own feelings first?I know that may seem obvious but it's suprising how we all want to run before we can walk! I'm sure if you try and see your own soul first( lots of research and reading- I know, very boring but illuminating] I'm sure your spirit guides will contact you! Blessed be Oestara x
